Indian Red Cross Society, Rewa 

1.   To achieve holistic health in villages and to bring down infant and maternal  mortality in Rewa District, We have initiated the training of village women leaders "Agua Bahini" in collaboration with DPIP Rewa. Till date three batches has been trained. Subjects like adolescent nutrition and care, healthy antenatal natal, postnatal, neonatal practices, immunization, Breast feeding, Feeding of infants , ORS, Malaria, HIV/AIDS, family welfare etc. have been covered by seniors doctors.

2. S.T.D. booth at G.M.Hospital Rewa is being operated by a handicapped person Sh. Ramdhani Rajak 

3. 2007-08 is our year for Empowering handicapped .Lend a helping hand by informing every willing handicapped person in your neighborhood to contact us for vocational guidance and training . 

4. A meet of all children who had under gone heart surgery and there parents will be held on 11^th-12^th July under the banner of spandan.

5. St. John ambulance First Aid   is running at J.P. Cement Rewa from 14^{th -} 20^th July 08.

6. Red Cross Society Branch Rewa welcomes our new Chairman Dr. M. Geeta.

7. Follow up  of operated heart patients under spandan on 05 and 06 September 2008.

8. Celebration of  world health day on 28^th September 2008.

9. Celebration of senior citizen day on 1^st October  2008.
